Renormalizable Quantum Gauge Theory of Gravity

چکیده

The quantum gravity is formulated based on gauge principle. The model discussed in this paper has local gravitational gauge symmetry and gravitational field is represented by gauge potential. A preliminary study on gravitational gauge group is presented. Path integral quantization of the theory is discussed in the paper. A strict proof on the renormalizability of the theory is also given. In leading order approximation, the gravitational gauge field theory gives out classical Newton’s theory of gravity. It can also give out an Einstein-like field equation with cosmological term. The prediction for cosmological constant given by this model is well consistent with experimental results. For classical tests, it gives out the same theoretical predictions as those of general relativity. Combining cosmological principle with the field equation of gravitational gauge field, we can also set up a cosmological model which is consistent with recent observations. ∗email address: [email protected]

Renormalizable Quantum Gauge General Relativity

The quantum gauge general relativity is proposed in the framework of quantum gauge theory of gravity. It is formulated based on gauge principle which states that the correct symmetry for gravitational interactions should be gravitational gauge symmetry. The gravitational gauge group is studied in the paper. Then gravitational gauge interactions of pure gravitational gauge field is studied. It i...

Two–Connection Renormalization and Nonholonomic Gauge Models of Einstein Gravity

A new framework to perturbative quantum gravity is proposed following the geometry of nonholonomic distributions on (pseudo) Riemannian manifolds. There are considered such distributions and adapted connections, also completely defined by a metric structure, when gravitational models with infinite many couplings reduce to two–loop renormalizable effective actions. We use a key result from our p...

Gauge Model With Massive Gravitons

Gauge theory of gravity is formulated based on principle of local gauge invariance. Because the model has strict local gravitational gauge symmetry, gauge theory of gravity is a perturbatively renormalizable quantum model. However, in the original model, all gauge gravitons are massless. We want to ask that whether there exists massive gravitons in Nature? In this paper, we will propose a gauge...

Effective gravity from a quantum gauge theory in Euclidean space-time

We consider a SO(d) gauge theory in an Euclidean d-dimensional space-time, which is known to be renormalizable to all orders in perturbation theory for 2 ≤ d ≤ 4. Then, with the help of a space-time representation of the gauge group, the gauge theory is mapped into a curved space-time with linear connection. Further, in that mapping the gauge field plays the role of the linear connection of the...
